Delilah was out on her own, as her brother was out in classes for the morning. Normally he wasn't much a morning person as he rather perfered the evenings or even in the middle of the night when the moon was above. It was in the afternoon now as she had a break from her classes. Delilah had figured she could get some fresh air and go out side for a bit. On one of the front lawns she was enjoying herself. However, she couldn't do it for long as she brought some of her homework with her, how her life seemed to have so much of it. But she wondered how she managed to cram it all in a day or a night.
She sometimes stayed up late or ended up doing a long night and getting very little sleep sometimes. She was certainly a smart one when it came to things, she wondered sometimes if she was meant to be put in the Ravenclaw house. But that was not the case, either way she was resting against one of the benches as the Womping Willow stood nearby in place. It had some snow on it from the other night still on it. But with one hard shake the willow shook off what snow that was on it. It was such a strange tree, the only one that she knew of that would move on its own with a free will almost.
But the Willow had a dark side, it seemed. It hated when someone got to close to the willow as it stirred it up and gotten mad whenever they were there. "Such an interesting and yet odd plant if you ask me. I wonder if there are any other Whomping willows out there?" She asked herself not really caring of anyone else heard her.
